Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to help with your project, and we never sell it.
Last updated November 4, 2026
This website is run by Texaterra LLC, doing business as Advanced Earthen Construction Technologies (AECT), 10608 Cassiano Rd., San Antonio, TX 78223. This policy explains what information we collect through aectearthblock.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you type into our forms. When you use the build planner, send a request on the contact page, or ask us to reach out, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, state, details about your project (such as size, timeline and soil), and any message you write. We don't ask for payment details on this website.
Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.
No tracking. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is for AECT staff signing in to our internal tools.
How we use it
- To send you the plan or information you asked for
- To answer your questions and follow up about your project
- To prepare quotes, rentals, block orders and consultations
- If you used the build planner, to send occasional emails with CEB building tips (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they handle your information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Resend delivers the emails the site sends you.
- Google hosts our email (info@AECTearthblock.com).
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, and YouTube and Vimeo play embedded videos. Those services follow their own privacy policies; YouTube videos only load when you click play.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working with you on a project or while it may still be useful for that conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Stop emails: reply to any of our emails with "unsubscribe", or email us.
- See, correct or delete your information: email info@AECTearthblock.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning building projects. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
